Características del proyecto:
Wind and Sand Resistance, Multi-Type Integrated Buildings including Prefab Houses, Light Steel Villas, and Container Houses
The structural frame of the house is positioned internally, with no visible gaps between the external protective panels and the structure. This design significantly prevents desert sand intrusion. An entrance vestibule is constructed outside the main door to serve as a buffer zone, reducing the direct entry of wind and sand and improving indoor comfort.
Instead of traditional sliding windows, inward-opening casement windows are used, which enhance both ventilation and airtightness.

The roof features side ridge tiles, and the edge tiles are firmly connected using bolts, improving overall structural integrity.

Considering the intense solar radiation in the desert environment, tempered glass is used for external glazing. It provides up to three times the thermal resistance of standard glass, ensuring improved durability and performance.
The air conditioning units are specially customized to adapt to desert climates, balancing comfort with energy efficiency.

To meet the diverse needs of the Iraqi Saladin (Salah ad Din or Salah Al-Din Governorate) Power Station Camp, CDPH (Chengdong Prefabricated Housing) provided a full range of integrated housing solutions:
Used for accommodation, office space and warehouses. The flexible layout and high sealing performance meet both functionality and comfort standards.

Independent light steel villas were used for guest reception and high-comfort living. These units offer an elevated quality of life and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Additional auxiliary units were provided for various supporting functions across the camp.
At CDPH, we are committed to building warm and functional "homes" for engineering professionals around the world. We look forward to working together and creating a global community of overseas engineering camps.
